A. 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

B. Initiating a Return

Our packages do not include a return label. To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number, full name, proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation), and reasons for the return.
  • Attach a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.

Once we receive and confirm your return request (typically within 72 hours), we will email you confirmation of the return process. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3-5 business days to credit your account.

C. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

D. Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product or size. To request an exchange, contact us at [email protected].

E. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective Products: Customers do not need to pay return shipping costs for defective products.
  • Non-Defective Products: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective products.
  • Wrong Product Ordered: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the customer orders the wrong product. The customer will be responsible for paying the actual cost of return shipping.
  • Return Method: Customers should return their products by mail.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is applied on returns.

In all cases of exchange or return, please send a video or image of the product when received, clearly labeled to ensure the product was ordered from us and to indicate the error.

F. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

G. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may be treated as a “Change of Mind” return.

Before placing an order, ensure that the delivery address is correct, including street and house number, to receive the package promptly. If the delivery address is incorrect and delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will bear the corresponding loss.
