- Statement of Good Faith: A declaration that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
- Authorized Signature: A digital or physical signature of the intellectual property owner or an authorized representative.

Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification including:
- Identification of the Removed Content: Details of the content that was removed and its previous location.
- Statement of Good Faith: A declaration that you believe in good faith that the content was mistakenly removed.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the courts in which Litacam may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.
- Authorized Signature: A digital or physical signature of the content owner or an authorized representative.
Legal Considerations
Litacam reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet legal requirements or lack sufficient evidence. We may also forward claims to the involved parties for resolution.
